Where To Check

Open My Portal and go to Wallet & Payouts. If something is blocking payout movement, the readiness panel should tell you what needs attention.

Common Issues

  • Identity check incomplete:
    Finish the verification flow shown in the portal.
  • Tax setup missing:
    Complete the requested tax certification or TIN matching step.
  • Payout destination missing:
    Add or verify the supported payout method.
  • Payment hold:
    A payment, refund, chargeback, or order issue may need review.
  • Account status issue:
    The account may be closed, breached, under review, or missing final account data.

What To Do Next

Resolve any readiness item shown in the portal. If the panel does not explain the issue clearly, open a ticket from Wallet & Payouts so support can see the related payout and wallet records.
